Material jamming at the feeding trayThis is a rather troublesome issue. Experience shows that this problem rarely occurs when the preform is longer and heavier.
-
No feeding at the feeding positionCheck the following conditions:(1) Check if the hopper is empty; if yes, refill materials immediately.(2) If the hopper is not empty, check whether the elevator control contactor is energized. If the contactor is powered on, check if the motor is energized and under load. This is most likely caused by preforms jamming the elevator belt. The simplest solution is to lift the preforms manually for assistance.(3) If the elevator control contactor is not energized, check whether the preform detection electric eye is misaligned with the reflector plate.

Bottles are frequently pinched and damagedCheck whether the manipulator position is offset.

Blown bottles cannot be ejected from the moldFirst, open the mold and test manual mold opening and closing. If manual operation works normally, run the machine in idle mode for further inspection. If idle operation is also normal, check the exhaust time setting. If the exhaust setting is normal and the fault occurs every time after bottle blowing, it can be judged to be an exhaust valve failure. Open the exhaust valve and inspect its spring and sealing parts. This fault is usually accompanied by loud exhaust noise or incomplete exhaust sound.
If mold opening fails occasionally while production is normal most of the time, check for broken screws inside the mold locking pin, and also check whether the mold clamping force is excessive. If too large, readjust it according to the standard parameters.

Collision between two manipulators
This is caused by position deviation; it is necessary to reset the manipulators manually.
